Got Questions?

How do I use my club entry perks?
Once you sign up, you receive a digital FOMO Member Card by email. Show it at the door. Green Card members get 1 weeknight entry per month; Black Card members have unlimited access every night.
Can I upgrade from Green Card to Black Card?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged the pro-rated difference for the rest of your billing period. No downtime, no re-registration needed.
Does the merch discount work online and in the venue?
Merch discounts apply automatically when you are logged into your member account at checkout. In-venue purchases are discounted by showing your digital member card to staff.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep all paid perks until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account returns to Community (free) tier. You can re-subscribe at any time and your history is preserved.
What is the Community (free) tier for?
Community is for fans who want to stay connected without a paid subscription. You get a full store account, newsletter access, and public event RSVPs.
