How long does delivery take?

Lagos orders arrive in 1–2 business days. Other Nigerian states typically take 3–5 business days via GIG Logistics or DHL. International orders (UK, US, Canada) take 7–14 business days. Same-day delivery is available in Lagos for orders placed before 12PM.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Simply email orders@fomostore.ng with your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link. You can also WhatsApp us your order number for the latest status instantly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments via Paystack and Flutterwave (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and USSD payments from all major Nigerian banks. Club members enjoy exclusive checkout perks.

Can I change or cancel my order?
